About Me
Christopher Rey brings a wealth of experience from his extensive career in government operations, both at the municipal and county levels. He has held a variety of high-impact roles, including FBI Task Force Officer conducting investigations into cross-border violence, Operations Lieutenant, Interim Chief of Police, and Senior Justice & Rehabilitation Services Manager (Assistant Director). Specializing in government leadership, Christopher has expertise in conducting employee misconduct investigations, policy development, training programs, disciplinary actions, and managing critical incidents.
Christopher holds an undergraduate degree in Management and Computer Information Systems from Park University, a Master’s in Biblical and Theological Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary, and an Executive Certificate in Public Administration from Liberty University. A proud graduate of the FBI National Academy (Session 271), he is also an experienced public speaker. His presentations cover a range of topics, such as bridging the gap between pretrial services and law enforcement, enhancing pretrial supervision, situational awareness for employees, and active attacker training.
As a disabled veteran, Christopher served honorably in the United States Marine Corps, deploying to Afghanistan’s Helmand province in 2009, where his unit was awarded the Presidential Unit Citation for their outstanding performance in action against enemy forces during Operation Enduring Freedom.
